Already signed up to volunteer?
Registration
Determine fees, deadlines, cancellation policy, track participants, register auction items, organize gifts, monitor registration table, track registration, administrators of the registration/ticketing platform, work with Public Relations to ensure smooth sign-in at conference.

Public Relations: Social Media & Website
Take care of the needs of attendees, speakers, and vendors during the course of the conference, manage the welcome/sign in/registration table. Maintain the website and social media platforms as needed, develop graphics to post on social media platforms, call out for speakers and volunteers, work closely with the Public Relations committee to determine how to publicize the event.

Fundraising & Sponsorships
Reach out to potential sponsors, coordinate fundraisers to raise money for the conference.​

Venues
Ensure the venue is set properly to meet the needs of attendees and presenters.

Accommodations Coordination
Coordinate interpreters and translators for every aspect of the conference, including events, announcements.

Programming
Recruit keynote speakers, workshops, special topic sessions, board meetings, special guests. Everything related to the daily conference.

Video Editing
Treasurer
In coordination with committees the treasurer creates and updates the conference budget, tracks expenses, revenues, produces regular financial statements, maintains electronic and paper files of financial activity, advises and oversees proper financial procedures

Secretary
Tracks discussions and decisions at CPC (conference planning committee) meetings. Helps with organizing filing and documentation.
